Lemongrass/Fevergrass and Peppermint Mouthwash & Gargle (No Sugar, No Alcohol)

1. In a bottle of purified water: Add a few drops of Fevergrass/ Lemongrass Essential Oil and (click blue writing to order) Peppermint Essential Oil   
           
2. Rinse Mouth and Gargle - also while lying down to get the roof of your mouth

3. Rinse for 5-10 minutes the spit out microbes that was pulled from your head and mouth during this process. *IF your going to gargle this mouthwash and wait the 5-10 minutes, gargle it first. I do this when doing Oil Pulling with (click blue writing to order) Unrefined Coconut Oil - It prevents the microbes from being pulled into the mouth and going back down the throat and into the stomach.

*To make mixture more Alkaline; Add Aluminum-Free Baking Soda and Enjoy!

*To flush the Genetically Modified Mold/Fungus (Citric Acid) from gums, mouth, cranial cavity, teeth; add a cap full of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (click blue writing to order) to mixture. The black mold Citric Acids in food causes cavity, pain, tooth decay and more; especially when combined with the sugar in foods.
                                                                                                           

Homemade Toothpaste (No Sugar - Non-GMO Citric Acid from Lemon, No Fluoride, No Alcohol)

1. Activated Charcoal Coconut Shell (Whitens Teeth, used for poisoning in hospitals and more).
2.(click blue writing to order)Diatomaceous Earth (Silica - VERY IMPORTANT MINERAL, needed for Calcium absorption, also turns to Calcium in the body when Calcium is lacking) .
3. Lime or Lemon Juice (add less than a teaspoon).
4. Baking Soda (Aluminum Free)(click blue writing to order) - (Whitens Teeth - makes mixture more Alkaline). *An Alkaline Body will help you fight Disease and Cancer also*
5. Peppermint Essential Oil and/or Lemongrass/Fevergrass.

*** For Longer Lasting Mixture: Let mixture dry and add water with each use***

***Feel free to mix and match ingredients I.E. To have a more Alkalized mixture, refrain from adding Lime or Lemon Juice (Acidic-can break down Calcium-teeth enamel if used too much or too often).

*A Hair Relaxer (Cream) is an alkaline product - usually uses the same Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) that I use in the making of my Cocoalocoa, Rose-O-Nut, or Green Tea Head to Toe Soap Bars - with PH levels of 13 to 14. The neutralizing shampoo that comes in the perm box never neutralized the Lye in my hair because I would have sores and scabs on my head days later indicating a chemical burn; even in the No-Lye perms, before I decided to go natural.

-Alkaline or Basic liquids are greater than 7-14 on the PH scale.

-Acidic liquids range from 1-7 on the PH scale.

-Neutral Liquids equals 7 on the PH scale.
